The villa
A contemporary villa above Elia Beach.
Villa 61 stands on a terraced hillside above Elia, on the south coast of Mykonos. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC, sleeping up to six, with a private pool set into the terraces below the house. Elia — the longest sandy beach on the island — is a short drive down.
The architecture is contemporary Cycladic: white, low-built volumes set into the slope, dry-stone terrace walls, and sea views from every room.
Concierge
Concierge service, included with every stay.
Every booking at Villa 61 includes Lobby Concierge, a Mykonos-based concierge company and app.
Restaurant reservations, beach clubs, boat charters, transfers, private chefs and in-villa treatments — all arranged by message, before you arrive and throughout your stay.

Occupancy
The villa sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, with two bathrooms and a guest WC. It is let as a whole — individual rooms are not rented.
Additional guests and day visitors are by prior arrangement, and may not be possible in peak weeks.
Arrival & departure
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking, with time between stays for the house to be prepared.
A member of the team meets every arrival. Private transfers from the airport or port can be arranged in advance.
Minimum stay
A minimum stay applies — longer in peak season than in the shoulder months.

What is included
Housekeeping, fresh linen and towels, and welcome provisions on arrival.
Wi-Fi throughout the house, with the pool and garden maintained during your stay.
Lobby Concierge is included with every stay — restaurant reservations, boats, transfers, private chefs and in-villa treatments, arranged for you.
Children, pets, smoking & events
Children are welcome; young children should be supervised around the pool and terraces.
Pets are not accommodated, and smoking is outdoors only.
Villa 61 is a private home, not an event venue. Parties and events are not permitted.
Reservation & cancellation
A deposit secures the reservation, with the balance due before arrival. A refundable security deposit is taken before check-in and returned after departure.
Cancellation terms are set out in writing at booking. Travel insurance is recommended.
