The villa
A contemporary house, made for the slope.
Villa 61 sits on a terraced plot above Elia, on the south coast of Mykonos. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC. A pool set level into the rock below. The longest beach on the island a short drive on.
The architecture is contemporary, built on the Cycladic shape — white volumes flat to the hillside, dry-stone walls holding the terraces, the sea read through every room.
It is named for nothing but its number.
Concierge
Lobby Concierge, with every stay.
Every stay at Villa 61 includes Lobby Concierge — a Mykonos concierge company and app that arranges the island on your behalf.
Restaurant tables and beach clubs, boats and transfers, a private chef at the house — asked for in a message, before you arrive and right through the stay.

The working detail of a stay. Final times, figures and dates are set out in writing at the time of booking.
Occupancy
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC, sleeping up to six guests. The villa is let whole — never by the room.
Additional guests and day visitors are by prior arrangement, and may not be possible in peak weeks.
Arrival & departure
Arrival and departure times are confirmed at the time of booking, with time built in between stays to ready the house.
A member of the team meets every arrival. Private transfers from the port or airport can be arranged in advance.
Minimum stay
A minimum stay applies, longer in peak weeks than in the shoulder season.
Specific dates and night counts are confirmed on enquiry.
What is included
Housekeeping, fresh linen and towels, and welcome provisions on arrival.
Wi-Fi throughout, the pool maintained, the garden kept.
Lobby Concierge with every stay — restaurant tables, boats, transfers, a private chef and in-villa treatments, all arranged for you.
Children, pets, smoking & events
Children are welcome; younger guests should be supervised around the pool and terraces.
We do not accommodate pets. Smoking is outdoors only.
Villa 61 is a private home, not an event space. Parties and gatherings beyond the resident party are not arranged.
Reservation & cancellation
A reservation is held with a deposit; the balance is due in advance of arrival. A refundable security deposit is taken before check-in and returned after the house is inspected.
Cancellation terms are set out in writing at the time of booking. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
